Does not come with charger but I have another Virgin Mobile phone and I used that charger to charge the one that I am selling right now. A charger does not cost that much. Also, I have used a charger from another phone that is not a Virgin Mobile to charge the LG Optimus Elite and even that one charged it up.
Phone is unlocked.
